El Paso declared an Unauthorized Overpull Penalty situation late Tuesday afternoon, citing “low linepack, the unavailability of withdrawal capability at Washington Ranch storage facility and continued forecasted warm weather in our operating area.”

Tennessee reported Wednesday experiencing unscheduled outages of two compressors at the Ellisburg, PA storage field. These units are expected to be out of service for one week. In addition, another compressor at the nearby Harrison storage field is unavailable for automation work. Currently, Tennessee said, it does not anticipate any impact to firm storage service, but the outages could impact its ability to schedule FS-AO and Interruptible Storage (IS) injections and withdrawals. “Also, especially during the upcoming holiday weekend, shippers should monitor receipts and deliveries closely to ensure that imbalances do not threaten the operational integrity of the system,” the pipeline added.

Questar said customer input led it to schedule installation of additional valving for operational flexibility at its Clay Basin storage facility on May 28. No injection or withdrawal nominations will be accepted from either Questar or Northwest during the work.

Due to unscheduled maintenance, the #1 unit at the Clarence Compressor Station in Natchitoches Parish, LA, is unavailable until further notice, Gulf South said Tuesday. Due to the loss of compression, capacity out of South Texas and/or East Texas could be reduced by as much as 150 MMcf/d.
