El Paso canceled an Unauthorized Overpull Penalty situation, which had been declared Tuesday, effective with Cycle 3 nominations Friday. The pipeline also reported taking Roswell (NM) Station’s #3 compressor down to replace a turbocharger and to perform mechanical inspections. The action reduced capacity of the San Juan Crossover by 20 MMcf/d from a base capacity of 650 MMcf/d Friday. The constraint is expected to continue through Tuesday.

El Paso lifting its unauthorized overpull penalty Wednesday. It also said TransColorado interconnect maintenance has been completed. The capacity through the point was raised Wednesday from 75 MMcf/d to 280 MMcf/d.

El Paso Natural Gas declared an Unauthorized Overpull Penalty situation Monday. The Washington Ranch storage facility is currently on maximum withdrawal. The penalty applies to all customers. “You are urged to immediately review your supply/demand balance, and the performance of your suppliers, to ensure sufficient gas is being delivered to El Paso to cover the gas being taken off the system,” the company said. Customers are encouraged to use available capacity at Waha and receipt points downstream of Keystone Station, where maintenance is being performed through Sept. 17. El Paso is placing limits on scheduled volumes at interconnects that are under performing.
