Saying its Washington Ranch storage facility was experiencing maximum withdrawals, El Paso declared an Unauthorized Overpull Penalty situation Monday.

Florida Gas Transmission issued an Overage Alert Day notice Friday with 15% tolerance for negative daily imbalances. It kept the notice in effect Saturday through Monday but loosened the tolerance to 25% for those days.

Due to inclement weather, Tennessee canceled pigging of the Header and East Leg segments of the Blue Water System that had been scheduled to begin Monday. The next quarterly pigging is scheduled for Sept. 13.

TransCanada will finish taking bids at 5 p.m. Tuesday (June 15) on about 857 MMcf/d of firm Foothills System capacity between the Alberta/Saskatchewan border and Monchy, SK where it connects with Northern Border Pipeline.
