El Paso canceled an Unauthorized Overpull Penalty situation Tuesdayafter linepack was stabilized. The OFO had been declared Sunday (seeDaily GPI, Jan. 30).

Trunkline said it has been notified by “certain pipelineoperators” downstream of its Terrebonne system offshore SouthLouisiana, including Columbia Gulf and Tennessee, that they willnot accept gas from Trunkline due to high heating value content.Effective Thursday, Trunkline will require that all gas received onthe Terrebonne system contain no more than 1,050 Btus per cubicfoot or that shippers provide proof that their gas is beingprocessed downstream of the receipt point but upstream of theCenterville Compressor Station.

El Paso will conduct smart pigging today of Line 1110 betweenthe Pecos River and Guadalupe Stations. The impact of 250 MMcf/d isexpected to be scheduled over only six to eight hours beginning at8 a.m. MST, the pipeline said, so any restriction may be lifted forCycle 4 business.
