El Paso lifting its unauthorized overpull penalty Wednesday. It also said TransColorado interconnect maintenance has been completed. The capacity through the point was raised Wednesday from 75 MMcf/d to 280 MMcf/d.

Transco said it experienced 1,300 MMcf/d of production loss from Hurricane Ivan, primarily off of its Mobile Bay lateral and offshore Louisiana. However, it also has started to see the return of production on its Southwest Louisiana Lateral and consequently, the lateral will not be included in the Emergency Supply Allocation Process for gas day Thursday. Transco will continue its Emergency Supply Allocation Process for the other laterals with production affected by Hurricane Ivan (the Central and Southeast Louisiana Laterals and Mobile Bay Lateral). The process will balance all deliveries on the system with the flowing supply available at the corresponding receipt points. Southern Natural

Tennessee said that due to nominations in excess of capacity it was required to restrict 5% of secondary out of the path for deliveries at the Leidy meters. Tennessee will not accept nomination increases at these meters Thursday.
