Effective with Cycle 4 nominations Tuesday, El Paso lifted an Unauthorized Overpull Penalty notice that had been initiated Sunday.

Florida Gas Transmission did not extend an Overage Alert Day notice beyond Monday.

Columbia Gas is lifting Wednesday an OFO that was issued Dec. 17.

Matagorda Offshore Pipeline System (MOPS) had ended allocations related to wellhead freeze-offs over the holiday weekend at all affected locations Tuesday except for the Matagorda 623 platform.

Texas Eastern, which had barred due-shipper imbalance paybacks over the holiday weekend, said a “limited amount” of due-shipper gas was available for Wednesday’s gas day. The pipeline also said it was informed that the Main Pass Line 40-B will be available for service Wednesday and it was accepting nominations again for 25 meters affected by the outage that began after a jackup drilling rig damaged the line Dec. 18 (see Daily GPI, Dec. 21).

Transwestern reported completing unplanned maintenance on the pre-lube pump of Unit #1 unit at Crawford Compressor Station and planned to raise station capacity Wednesday from its outage constraint level of 35,000 MMBtu/d to the normal 65,000 MMBtu/d. The outage had been expected to last until Friday.

Columbia Gulf has resumed accepting nonfirm nominations for deliveries to Florida Gas Transmission at MLI (Master List Interconnect) #4118 in Lafayette Parish, LA. Nonfirm capacity at the interconnect was cut to zero Dec. 17 (see Daily GPI, Dec. 17).
