Saying it was experiencing maximum withdrawals at the Washington Ranch storage facility, El Paso declared an Unauthorized Overpull Penalty situation Wednesday morning due to low linepack. Because of the OFO and high system demand, a maintenance shutdown of Line 1100 upstream of Guadalupe Station that had been scheduled for today was postponed until further notice.

Alliance said an unplanned outage expected to last 84 hours began Tuesday at Olivia Compressor Station, which would cause a substantial reduction in Authorized Overrun Service.

El Paso took the Dilkon Station’s B turbine down for unscheduled repairs Wednesday. North Mainline capacity was reduced by 30 MMcf/d for Wednesday’s Cycle 3 and today’s Cycle 1 scheduling. The pipeline expects to complete repairs today.

ANR‘s Southwest Mainline will have capacity reduced by 80 MMcf/d today as the Lineville Compressor Station finishes a two-day maintenance outage.
