Reporting that its Washington Ranch Storage Field was experiencing maximum withdrawals, El Paso declared an Unauthorized Overpull Penalty situation Tuesday. It urged shippers to review their supply/demand balances and the performance of their suppliers to insure that sufficient gas is delivered to El Paso to cover the gas being taken off-system. The pipeline said it will limit scheduled volumes at underperforming interconnects.

ANR said its Southeast Mainline capacity will be reduced by an additional 125 MMcf/d through today due to unscheduled maintenance north of the Brownsville, TN compressor station. ANR previously had projected a current Southeast leg constraint of 65 MMcf/d during planned maintenance.

Gulf South will perform about 12 hours of scheduled maintenance starting at 7:30 a.m. CDT today on the Sligo 8-inch line (Index 229) in Louisiana. Three meters must be shut in during the work, but Gulf South will keep shippers whole on the delivery side upon their request.
