Reflecting the resultant shift in supply accessibility,neighboring Westcoast has a +20%/0% tolerance in effect.

Northern Natural Gas is soliciting shipper interest through Nov.30 for increased capacity from its Trailblazer/Beatrice receiptpoint in Nebraska. Delivery points may include (but are not limitedto) NNG/Demarc, or more southerly points and markets in the fieldarea such as PEPL/Mullinville, ANR/Greensburg, El Paso Permian,Texas and Oklahoma intrastate markets or interconnects withTranswestern. The anticipated in-service date of any capacityincrease is on or before July 1, 2002, which is intended tocoincide with the in-service date of a Trailblazer expansion fromthe Cheyenne, WY area to the TBPL/Beatrice receipt point. Based onthe interest expressed and an evaluation of the economics, NNGintends to have a binding open season for service requests duringFebruary 2001. Texas Eastern said the Iowa Plant on its system in SouthLouisiana will perform turnaround maintenance Nov. 7-Dec. 3. Therewill be no processing during this period, but the dehydrationfacilities will continue operations. Texas Eastern doesn’tanticipate any impact on capacity, but said customers taking gasdownstream of the plant may see an increase in system BTUs.
