Due to Florida forecasts of below-freezing temperatures, Florida Gas Transmission (FGT) implemented an Overage Alert Day (OAD) for market-area customers Sunday with 10% tolerance for negative daily imbalances. The OAD was continued through at least Monday. FGT said it didn’t anticipate scheduling ITS-1 service in the market area for Tuesday’s gas day, and there was the potential for the OAD continuing Tuesday with a much-tighter 2% imbalance tolerance.

Southern Natural Gas was another pipeline in the South that found service-area conditions cold enough to issue a Type 6 OFO for short imbalances Sunday, saying it expected the OFO to last through Thursday.

Due to lower system temperatures than normal, Northern Natural Gas declared a System Overrun Limitation for all market-area zones (ABC, D and EF) Monday and Tuesday.

Dominion issued OFOs Monday pertaining to Conform Transportation Service to Scheduled Nominations and Hourly Limits on NNTN (no-notice transportation) in the PL-1 Area. It also was not scheduling IT or “Non PL-1” service on the PL-1 system effective Monday until further notice. See the bulletin board for OFO details and affected points.

Citing a force majeure event at Station 47 in northeast Louisiana, Tennessee initiated a Critical Day 2 OFO for Zones 1, L, 2, 4, 5 and 6 Monday. And on Sunday Tennessee had also said Sunday it was issuing an Imbalance Warning for Zones 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 to preclude negative imbalances. Loan, Park Withdrawal and due-shipper imbalance nominations were also being restricted.
