Tennessee said limited operational capacity requires it to issue an OFO Action Alert effective Saturday for all LMS-PA, LMS-MA and LMS-PL Balancing Parties in Zones 0, 1, L, 2, 3 and 4. The imbalance tolerance was set at 2% of scheduled quantities or 500 Dth/d, whichever is greater, for overdeliveries into the system and undertakes from the system, Tennessee said. Transco said it is lifting Tuesday an Imbalance OFO that had been implemented last Friday.

Tennessee said it had lifted an OFO Action Alert for all zones Sunday.

Northern Natural Gas allowed a System Overrun Limitation for all market-area zones to expire Friday after it had been in effect for the previous three days.

Citing forecasts of falling temperatures and windy conditions, Northern Natural Gas will implement a System Overrun Limitation in all market-area zones (ABC, D and E/F) Tuesday. No System Management Service will be available, Northern said.

A day after lifting an OFO Action Alert for Zone 4, Tennessee said it had also lifted the OFO for Zones 5 and 6 Wednesday.

Tennessee lifted Tuesday the OFO Action Alert for Zone 4 that had been implemented Sunday, but said Zones 5 and 6 remain under the OFO Action Alert until further notice.

Tennessee lifted Friday a Critical Day 1 OFO for Zones 1, L, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. Tennessee also said it had resumed allowing due-shipper imbalance payback nominations.

Northern Natural Gas, which had implemented System Overrun Limitations (SOL) last Friday for all market-area zones and for the New Market, MN, #1 Town Border Station and then extended them through the Saturday-Monday period, said Monday it was extending the SOLs again through at least Tuesday.
