Tennessee said limited operational capacity requires it to issue an OFO Action Alert effective Saturday for all LMS-PA, LMS-MA and LMS-PL Balancing Parties in Zones 0, 1, L, 2, 3 and 4. The imbalance tolerance was set at 2% of scheduled quantities or 500 Dth/d, whichever is greater, for overdeliveries into the system and undertakes from the system, Tennessee said. See the bulletin board for further details.

East Tennessee Natural Gas said Tennessee’s OFO Action Alert (above) will limit operational flexibility on its own system, and thus issued its own OFO Action Alert that would primarily limit positive imbalances.

Pacific Gas & Electric did not extend a high-inventory OFO beyond Thursday.

ANR is holding a nonbinding open season through 2 p.m. CDT June 11 for capacity on its Gulf Crossing Meter Expansion Project. The project proposes construction of a new interconnect and meter station with Gulf Crossing on ANR’s Southeast Mainline in Richland Parish, LA. It would provide ANR shippers with new supply from Oklahoma and Texas via the Gulf Crossing Pipeline, and would give them additional access to Barnett Shale, Woodford Shale and Anadarko Basin supplies. Service is anticipated to commence upon completion of the new meter station and interconnect but no later than March 1, 2010, ANR said. Meter capacity is proposed to be 250 MMcf/d. See the bulletin board for further details.
