Northern Natural Gas, which had implemented System Overrun Limitations (SOL) last Friday for all market-area zones and for the New Market, MN, #1 Town Border Station and then extended them through the Saturday-Monday period, said Monday it was extending the SOLs again through at least Tuesday.

Transco had an Imbalance OFO in place for Sunday only, saying it was lifting the OFO at the start of Monday’s gas day. A restriction on scheduling due-shipper imbalance makeup nominations also was lifted, Transco said.

Southern California Gas is allowing a high-linepack OFO that it implemented last Thursday and kept in place through Monday to lapse Tuesday.

Southwest Gas ended Monday the Stage 3 OFO it had declared Friday due to banking on its system and high linepack on upstream pipelines.

Rockies Express (REX) said Saturday a force majeure event had occurred Friday at its WFS Echo Springs interconnect in Sweetwater County, WY. “Exact repair time is unknown at this time,” REX said. Effective with Intraday 1 nominations for Saturday’s gas day it was limiting interconnect volumes to 75,000 Dth/d until further notice. AOR/IT, secondary and primary FT quantities are at risk of not being fully scheduled, REX said.

Saying repairs had been completed, Sabine Pipe Line rescinded Monday the force majeure it had declared when it began work last Wednesday on a compressor at the Henry Hub North Booster Station. Sabine had originally expected to complete the repairs within 24 hours (see Daily GPI, Jan. 22).

Questar said it will begin commissioning new compression Wednesday at the Greasewood Compressor Station for deliveries to White River Hub. It expects to have the unit available for Sunday’s gas day.

Gulf South will begin about four days of scheduled maintenance Feb. 2 on Unit #2 at Bistineau Compressor Station in northwest Louisiana. Injection capacity into the Bistineau storage facility could be reduced by as much as 100,000 Dth/d during this work, Gulf South said, but withdrawal capacity should not be affected.
