Citing lows in the 30s to 40s having moved into its Florida market area, Florida Gas Transmission declared an Overage Alert Day Monday with 25% tolerance for negative daily imbalances.

Pacific Gas and Electric implemented a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO on its California Gas Transmission system Sunday but lifted it Monday.

Williams Field Services said barring any unforeseen delays, it expected nomination levels to return to normal Monday at the Opal Plant in Wyoming after the Turbo Expander Plant 4 unit was in warm-up mode to thaw a freeze in the gas-to-gas exchanger that began early Sunday morning, according to a Kern River bulletin board posting. The estimated throughput impact was 70 MMcf/d for Sunday’s gas day.
