Pacific Gas & Electric is allowing zero tolerance for positive imbalances in a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO declared for Thursday. Penalties are $1/Dth.

One day after lifting a high-inventory OFO, Pacific Gas & Electric reinstated the Stage 2 OFO for Saturday with $1/Dth penalties and zero tolerance for positive imbalances.

Pacific Gas & Electric did not extend a high-inventory OFO with zero tolerance for positive imbalances beyond Friday.

Pacific Gas & Electric declared a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO for Wednesday. The order carries $1/Dth penalties and has zero tolerance for positive daily imbalances.

Transwestern has scheduled March 26-27 maintenance at the P-3 Compressor Station on its Panhandle Lateral. There will be zero flow at the Williams Canadian River and ANR-Red Deer points during the work.

NGPL took scheduled volumes at the Torch-High Island 71 platform to zero for today’s gas day after a leak was reported on pipeline facilities there. The platform is offshore Texas in the Texok Zone-Gulf Coast. Developments will be updated on NGPL’s bulletin board.

Effective today until further notice, Columbia Gas is reducing non-firm capacity to zero on the KA-1 Line in Estill County, KY, due to mechanical problems at Station Camp Compressor. About 8,000-10,000 Dth/d at Appalachian meters located on KA-1 and the Delta Natural Gas and CNR pipelines is affected, a spokeswoman said.

Pacific Gas & Electric declared an extremely stringent systemwide Stage 3 high-inventory OFO for Saturday. The order had zero tolerance for positive daily imbalances and carried penalties of $5/Dth.

Transco said IT availability through the Linden (NJ) RegulatorStation will shrink from 25,000 Dth/d to zero Friday.
