One day after lifting a high-inventory OFO, Pacific Gas & Electric reinstated the Stage 2 OFO for Saturday with $1/Dth penalties and zero tolerance for positive imbalances.

Sonat said that as of Friday morning the Mississippi Canyon 109 platform had returned to service on its system, but it posted a list of more than 50 other receipt points that remained offline due to tropical storm shut-ins.

El Paso said Friday a portion of Line 1100 between the Pecos River and Guadalupe Stations would be placed in service later that day, increasing capacity through Pecos River to 910 MMcf/d effective with Saturday’s Cycle 1 nominations.

Transco will take Station 90 out of service Oct. 9-11 to conduct tie-in work related to the Momentum Expansion Project. This work will coincide with the Bayou Black outage on the Southeast Louisiana Lateral (see Daily GPI, Sept. 11) to minimize any impact, but it may be necessary to limit IT availability downstream of Station 90, Transco said.
