Pacific Gas & Electric declared an extremely stringent systemwide Stage 3 high-inventory OFO for Saturday. The order had zero tolerance for positive daily imbalances and carried penalties of $5/Dth.

Saying total linepack and operating conditions had improved, Florida Gas Transmission did not extend an Underage Alert Day notice beyond Thursday.

Noting that it had informed customers earlier last week that it would no longer accept receipts upstream of Station 87 with a hydrocarbon dew point greater than 20 degrees Fahrenheit, Tennessee said Friday it had “received requests from a number of affected customers” requesting additional time to become compliant. Operational conditions allowed a temporary waiver of the requirement until next Thursday’s gas day unless conditions change substantially before then, Tennessee said.
