Tennessee expects its 300 Line in northern Pennsylvania to returnto service today following completion of repairs to Sunday morning’srupture (see Daily GPI, Feb. 29). Unlessconditions change, the pipeline will accept intra-day Cycle 1nomination increases beginning at 5 p.m. CST for all meters downstreamof Main Line Valve 314.

Tennessee anticipates completing repairs of a rupture nearHebron Center in northern Pennsylvania around 9 p.m. EST Wednesdayand will accept Cycle 2 nomination increases then if the repairsare finished. Sunday morning’s rupture on the 300 Line is causingrestrictions through Secondary services downstream of Main LineValve 314.

Tennessee said operating conditions had improved enough Monday toallow it to lift an OFO Action Alert implemented Saturday (see DailyGPI, Nov. 12). Weekend OFOs by PacificGas & Electric, Southern California Gas and Northern Natural Gasalso were no longer in effect Monday.

Tennessee said Monday rehab work on the Sun Lateral in westernLouisiana will be completed ahead of schedule and it will resumetaking nominations at all Sun meters for Wednesday’s gas day. Thepipeline had earlier projected that the project would extend untilJuly 9 (see Daily GPI, June 22).

Effective May 1 until further notice, Tennessee will not acceptreceipt nominations at 20 meters on the Donna Line in South Texasor at 10 meters on the Kinder-Natchitoches (KN) Line in westernLouisiana as it prepares both lines to make them “piggable.” TheDonna and KN outages are scheduled to last until June 9 and June 1respectively. Delivery nominations will be allowed at theProvencal, Pitkin, Grant and J.R. Franks #1 meters on the KN Line.
