Tennessee said operating conditions had improved enough Monday toallow it to lift an OFO Action Alert implemented Saturday (see DailyGPI, Nov. 12). Weekend OFOs by PacificGas & Electric, Southern California Gas and Northern Natural Gasalso were no longer in effect Monday.
Sonat restored injection capacity to 100% Monday at Bear Creek (LA)Storage Field after having cut the capacity by 10% Friday throughSunday (see Daily GPI, Nov. 12) due toongoing engine maintenance.
Maintenance will limit NGPL deliveries to ANR in the MarketDelivery Zone today and Wednesday. A ceiling of about 100 MMcf/dwill apply at ANR/NGPL So. Joliet #2 Will, while ANR/NGPL So.Woodstock McHenry will be capped at about 125 MMcf/d. Volumes willbe zero at ANR/NGPL Kendall. NGPL anticipates that no IT/AOR andonly a limited amount of Secondary FT will be available.
Florida Gas Transmission will replace 120 feet of 36-inch lineunder Highway 331 between Stations 12 and 13 in the FloridaPanhandle on Thanksgiving Day (Nov. 25). The outage will limitmarket-area deliveries to 1 million MMbtu that day, on which anOverage Alert Day notice with 4% tolerance for daily negativeimbalances will be issued for the system east of Station 12. OnNov. 26 FGT will take Station 14 down for the tie-in of additionalfacilities; at the same time a small section of its 24-inch linewill be taken out of service. This outage is expected to lastthrough Nov. 30 and will limit market deliveries to 1.3 millionMMbtu/d. FGT will issue an Overage Alert Day notice with 6%tolerance for the same area as above.
