Due to forecasts of milder weather, Dominion rescinded Conform Transportation Services to Scheduled Nominations and FTNN Hourly Limit OFOs for its PL-1 service area that had been issued late last week.

Dominion rescinded Thursday two OFOs affecting several utility meters in New York state.

A day after lifting an OFO Action Alert for Zone 4, Tennessee said it had also lifted the OFO for Zones 5 and 6 Wednesday.

Dominion said FTNN (Firm Transportation No-Notice) Hourly Limit and Conform Transportation Services to Scheduled Nominations OFOs will take effect Monday for several pipeline/utility meters in its Mid-Atlantic PL-1 service area. See the bulletin board for details.

Dominion rescinded Monday FTNN (Firm Transportation No-Notice) Hourly Limit and Conform Transportation Services to Scheduled Nominations OFOs that it had implemented last week for several utility meters in New York state.

At noon EST Wednesday Dominion added FTNN (Firm Transportation No-Notice) Hourly Limit and Conform Transportation Services to Scheduled Nominations OFOs in its PL-1 service area in the Mid-Atlantic to the ones it had announced a day earlier for seven utility meters in New York state (see Daily GPI, Dec. 31). The first PL-1 OFO affects 14 pipeline/utility meters, while 13 meters are impacted by the second OFO. See the bulletin board for details.

Both Pacific Gas & Electric and Southern California Gas allowed their high-linepack OFOs that had been in effect for two days and one day, respectively, to expire Saturday.

Dominion said two OFOs affecting its New York state service area would go into effect Saturday until further notice. The Conform Transportation Services to Scheduled Nominations OFO #1 was to apply to the meters of Corning Natural Gas, New York State Electric & Gas, Rochester Gas & Electric, Niagara Mohawk Power, Niagara Mohawk Power East, Fillmore Gas, National Fuel Gas Distribution and Steuben Storage. The FTNN Hourly Limit OFO #2 affected the same meters except those of National Fuel and Steuben.
