Due to forecasts of milder weather, Dominion rescinded Conform Transportation Services to Scheduled Nominations and FTNN Hourly Limit OFOs for its PL-1 service area that had been issued late last week.

Texas Eastern ended Tuesday its restrictions against creation of due-pipe imbalances and payback of due-shipper imbalances.

Pacific Gas and Electric did not extend a systemwide high-inventory OFO beyond Tuesday.

Saying it had completed pipe inspections on its 747 Line, ANR lifted Tuesday all restrictions at five South Marsh Island locations offshore Louisiana.

Southwest Gas asked transportation customers Wednesday to refrain from banking over the next three days in order to assist the Las Vegas-based LDC in complying with upstream pipeline requests for Southwest to reduce its positive cumulative imbalance, according to a notice on the Kern River bulletin board. “If customer cooperation is not observed, Southwest may issue a Hold Burn to Scheduled Quantities notice or a customer-specific OFO to encourage assistance in managing this upstream pipeline resource,” Southwest said. Overburning of scheduled volumes should be kept to a minimum unless prior arrangements have been made, it added.

Due to the Kwoen unit at its Pine River Gas Plant experiencing process issues that are limiting its capacity, Westcoast activated a 100% Firm Acid Gas OPC (Overproduction Charge) constraint at the plant Wednesday until further notice.

Southern California Gas ended Tuesday maintenance at its Goleta storage facility that had begun the same day and had been expected to cause a loss of 150 MMcf/d of injection capacity through Feb. 10 (see Daily GPI, Feb. 1).
