Dominion said two OFOs affecting its New York state service area would go into effect Saturday until further notice. The Conform Transportation Services to Scheduled Nominations OFO #1 was to apply to the meters of Corning Natural Gas, New York State Electric & Gas, Rochester Gas & Electric, Niagara Mohawk Power, Niagara Mohawk Power East, Fillmore Gas, National Fuel Gas Distribution and Steuben Storage. The FTNN Hourly Limit OFO #2 affected the same meters except those of National Fuel and Steuben.

Columbia Gas said it was deeming the Saturday through Monday gas days as Critical Days in Market Areas 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 29. Based on forecasted markets, available facilities and capacity utilization, Columbia said zero nonfirm capacity would be available in those areas. Shippers with primary firm rights or secondary priority rights in the affected areas will not be impacted, Columbia said.

Pipeline affiliates Texas Eastern and Algonquin said they would begin restricting creation of due-pipe imbalances and make-up nominations for due-shipper imbalances during the weekend. Texas Eastern said its restrictions would begin Saturday, while Algonquin planned to initiate its restrictions Sunday.

Northwest said turbine replacement at Cisco Compressor Station was completed Thursday and it ended the associated Declared Deficiency Period. The station was reset to its south-flow design capacity of 359,000 Dth/d in Timely Cycle nominations for Friday’s gas day.
