Primary firm nomination requests continue to exceed the physical capacity that Northwest is able to flow through the Kemmerer and Roosevelt compressor stations and the Plymouth South Constraint Point, the pipeline said. “As a result, Northwest’s storage balance north of Kemmerer is currently below 1.8 Bcf and approaching the OFO trigger point of 1.5 Bcf,” according to the Friday bulletin board posting. Northwest said it has has updated its website to show the OFO triggers for Plymouth at 580,000 Dth/d and for Roosevelt at 550,000 Dth/d, in addition to the Kemmerer trigger that is currently set at 680,000 Dth/d. If the primary firm nominations through Plymouth and Roosevelt exceed the triggers once Northwest’s storage balance drops below 1.5 Bcf, the pipeline said it will immediately invoke the OFO provisions for those two points in addition to the OFO that is currently in effect for Kemmerer.
