Citing a mainline capacity constraint south of Glendale, AR, MRT issued a System Protection Warning (SPW) Saturday. See the bulletin board for SPW conditions.

Pacific Gas & Electric issued a customer-specific high-inventory OFO for Tuesday but did not keep it in effect for Wednesday. The OFO, which was not posted to the Pipe Ranger bulletin board until Monday afternoon, affected 13 customers.

Citing forecasts of cold weather, MRT said it will implement a System Protection Warning (SPW) effective Friday until further notice. See the bulletin board for SPW conditions. The new SPW will take effect only a day after a previous one was lifted (see Daily GPI, Feb. 14).

Tennessee declared a force majeure event Thursday in connection with a leak on its 527A-100 Line offshore Louisiana. See the bulletin board for a list of 12 meters that were required to shut in until leak repairs are completed.
