MRT cited high linepack conditions in implementing a System Protection Warning effective Friday until further notice. See the bulletin board for SPW conditions. The pipeline also said that due to upstream maintenance, it will not be accepting nominations for Oct. 10-11 at the Sligo receipt point.

Florida Gas Transmission also mentioned high linepack and said Friday milder weather was forecasted in Florida over the next couple of days in notifying market-area customers that there was a potential that it might issue an Underage Alert Day for an upcoming gas day.

Dominion will begin pipeline relocation tie-ins and pipe maintenance on its TL-272, H-162 and H-21777 lines Monday. Barring unforeseen circumstances, it expects to complete the work in about six days. During this time production in bubbles 2206, 2301, 2303, 2304, 2305 and 2306, as well as production feeding directly into transmission lines TL-569, TL-263 and TL-272, must be shut in. To the extent that Columbia Gas is accepting deliveries through the JFK interconnect and pool operators make their own arrangements with Columbia, Dominion said, it will accept deliveries upstream of JFK in bubble 2306. Only gas physically located on the suction side of JFK can move to Columbia during the outage.

Transco reported Friday it had completed maintenance at Station 14 (North Padre Island Plant) near Falfurrias, TX and was accepting nominations effective with the Intraday 2 cycle for Friday’s gas day at three locations that had been shut in. It had previously expected the work to last through Oct. 1 (see Daily GPI, Sept. 26).
