MRT cited forecasts of warm weather in announcing Friday that a System Protection Warning (SPW) would be in effect Sunday and Monday. See the bulletin board for its conditions. MRT lifted Friday a previous SPW that had been issued due to cold weather in its service area.

Florida Gas Transmission did not extend an Overage Alert Day beyond Thursday.

Southern Natural Gas said the OFO Type 6 for short imbalances that was issued Thursday would be canceled at the start of Saturday’s gas day (Jan. 26).

Northwest lifted Friday a Declared Entitlement for Overruns for all Receiving Parties north of Plymouth (WA) Compressor Station. The pipeline had previously announced that the entitlement for Receiving Parties south of Plymouth was ending Friday (see Daily GPI, Jan. 25).

Citing current weather forecasts across its system, ANR lifted Friday the restrictions that had been imposed a week earlier (see Daily GPI, Jan. 18).

Tennessee declared a force majeure event Friday afternoon for the East Cameron 272D meter located at side valve 509A-502. “The reason for the event is to repair a possible leak,” the pipeline said. The meter was required to shut in until further notice. Other than adding Eugene Island 320 to the list of meters that had to shut in, there were no developments in Tennessee’s investigation of another possible leak on its TTT Pipeline segment offshore Louisiana (see Daily GPI, Jan. 25). The weather was so bad offshore Friday that the diving boat sent to check out the TTT situation had to return to shore, a spokesman said.
