El Paso extended the bid period for its Bondad Expansion Project (see Daily GPI, Nov. 13) through Dec. 6. The deadline previously had been set for this Friday. The pipeline said the extension was made to accommodate customers who are interested in this expansion and who are also subject to the receipt point election process on El Paso. The results of that process will be available Dec. 2.

TransCanada is seeking bids for temporary assignment of all or part of 100,000 Dth/d of firm capacity that it holds on Great Lakes Gas Transmission between the Emerson receipt point and the St. Clair delivery point. ANR will conduct maintenance Friday at its Florida Gas/ANR-St. Landry Interconnect in South Louisiana, which will reduce the interconnect’s total delivery capacity by 175 MMcf/d (leaving 84 MMcf/d available). Based on current nominations, however, this reduction is expected to have no impact to service.

Noting that it established a Base Fuel Reimbursement Charge Percentage (Base FRCP) of 3.01% effective for the six-month winter period beginning Oct. 1, 2002, Florida Gas Transmission said it was filing Tuesday a flex adjustment of minus 0.26% to be effective Dec. 1. When combined with the Base FRCP, the adjustment results in an effective FRCP of 2.75%, which is what shippers should use in making December supply arrangements, the pipeline said.
