Effective Wednesday, Northwest is lifting a customer-specific Declared Overrun Entitlement Period for overtakes that was issued Nov. 4 (see Daily GPI, Nov. 5). Thanking customers for their cooperation, Northwest said its Jackson Prairie Storage account “is returning to adequate winter storage levels and Kemmerer’s north throughput flow is being reduced.”

Florida Gas Transmission has scheduled a smart pig run Thursday from Station 4 to Galveston Bay. The station will be scheduled only up to 150,000 MMBtu/d for that gas day. FGT extended Monday’s Overage Alert Day notice through at least Tuesday and tightened the negative imbalance tolerance from 15% to 5%.

Much like in an announcement at the end of October (see Daily GPI, Oct. 31), NOVA said Tuesday it continues to work with the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board in determining what is necessary to restore the Peace River Mainline to full capability. However, the pipeline and board have agreed to interim Maximum Allowable Operating Pressures on Peace River, and as a result NOVA will begin processing new firm service requests and transfers into Segment One. A force majeure remains in effect until further notice.

Transwestern will take down the Bisti Electric Compressor Station for about eight hours Nov. 20 to inspect the rotor. The pipeline’s San Juan Lateral capacity will be reduced from 850,000 MMBtu/d to about 810,000 MMBtu/d that day.

Questar has scheduled tie-ins for the compression at Greasewood Station for Dec. 3-4. No delivery nominations to TransColorado will be accepted at that time. As a result of the tie-in work, Questar expects to restrict receipt volumes in the Rifle area to about 100,000 Dth/d. Based on nominations, receipt volumes east of Fidlar Station may be scheduled. Questar will not accept imbalance nominations from the impacted area during the work.
