The Amerada Hess-operated Sea Robin Processing Plant will be shut in Tuesday for turbine work that is estimated to last one to two days. The plant will continue to dehydrate during this outage, but Sea Robin Pipeline estimates that its system’s Btu content will exceed 1,065 per cubic foot temporarily. The pipeline said if it is informed by any downstream pipe operator that Sea Robin gas can no longer be accepted, it will provide as much notice as possible to shippers of the need to deliver their gas to other delivery points. It encouraged shippers to call their downstream delivery point operators to see if they will be accepting Sea Robin gas during this outage.
