Southern California Gas declared a high-linepack OFO effective with Timely Cycle nominations for Saturday. Deliveries into the system were to be limited to no more than 110% of nominated volume.

Pacific Gas & Electric issued a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO for Saturday, setting penalties at $1/Dth for positive daily imbalances exceeding a 3% tolerance.

During a routine aerial survey, a potential leak was discovered on the Spokane Lateral near the Lind meter station in Washington state, Northwest said. As a precaution, it began taking the line pressure below 100 psi and said excavation and inspection of the site began Thursday afternoon. Any required repairs were expected to be completed by Saturday’s gas day. Citing customer cooperation and operational assistance from interconnecting pipelines, Northwest did not anticipate any additional capacity cuts.

Panhandle Eastern will begin an outage of about three days May 27 on the Greensburg 300 Line in Kansas for installation of a receiver. This will require shutting in the 300 Line from Liberal 9 Gate to Greensburg Station, during which maximum throughput is expected to be 800 MMcf/d at Liberal.

Dominion will begin repairs Monday at its Deep Valley Station. Production must be curtailed 40% from current levels in Bubble 4402 only during the work, which is expected to take “a few weeks.” Pool operators will be notified when production may be turned back online.
