Saying its storage pools are full and customers are overdelivering gas into its system, Dominion has implemented an OFO to protect its system integrity. The order affects all customers under Rate Schedules FT, FTNN, IT and MCS.

Citing a review of prove-up digs from a smart pig run last month, NGPL said it must take immediate action to reduce the operating pressure of the Wise County Lateral (Segment 1) in the Midcontinent Zone. Effective with Thursday’s gas day it began scheduling the portion of Segment 1 south of Compressor Station 155 in Wise County, TX at a reduced capacity. The action affected the Mitchell-Bridgeport-Wise, Dynegy-Chico-Wise and Lone Star-Wise points. Starting Sunday those three points will be scheduled to zero while maintenance begins. As the work continues, more Segment 1 points will be affected, NGPL said. The project is expected to last two to three weeks.

Columbia Gulf said beginning Tuesday it will not accept receipt nominations from meter station 481 (Sea Robin-Erath) because of upstream processing plant maintenance that will cause the heating value content of such receipts to exceed 1,050 Btus per cubic foot (see Daily GPI, Dec. 3). A notice will be posted when Columbia Gulf is willing to resume taking nominations at the point. The maintenance is scheduled to run through Dec. 17.
