As of Tuesday’s Timely nominations cycle, Northwest said, scheduled primary firm volumes northbound through Vernal Compressor Station exceeded physical design capacity of 353,000 Dth/d. As a result, Northwest issued an advisory asking shippers to recall capacity that is subject to OFO recall provisions; that is, those that have OFO obligations through Vernal. To avoid the issuance of an OFO, Northwest is requesting shippers to voluntarily reduce northbound nominations through the station.
