As a result, Northwest issued an advisory asking shippers to recall capacity that is subject to OFO recall provisions; that is, those that have OFO obligations through Vernal. To avoid the issuance of an OFO, Northwest is requesting shippers to voluntarily reduce northbound nominations through the station.
