ANR told shippers that based on new forecasts for its market area, the restrictions it had implemented Wednesday were no longer in effect Friday.

Similarly, MRT said Friday it was lifting the System Protection Warning that had been issued Wednesday.

Rockies Express (REX) said late Thursday it had identified the need for immediate facility repairs in the vicinity of its Wamsutter Compressor Station. It declared a force majeure requiring a system interruption effective Saturday that was expected to last about 48 hours. In addition to nominated quantities through Segment 140 and from the Overthrust/Wamsutter receipt point and to the CIG Frewen Lake and WIC Bitter Creek delivery points, Standing Request Order services for Parks and Loans at all pool points will not be scheduled during this outage, REX said.

Williams Field Services (WFS) said Friday gathering system production volumes behind Opal Plant continued to see impacts due to weather conditions, according to a posting on the Kern River bulletin board. WFS said it would be making Cycle 3 and 4 nomination cuts for Friday’s gas day at Big Piney and Shute Creek “in order to align nominations with flowing gas. Please be advised that nomination reductions on the gathering systems behind Opal Plant may occur all weekend to maintain a nomination level equivalent to flow.”

Due to an unexpected incident that impaired the dehydration capability of its Totem storage facility, CIG has declared a force majeure event that reduced withdrawal nominations from Totem to zero, although injections are not affected. CIG said it expects to be able to resume accepting nominations for the facility’s full withdrawal capacity for the Timely Cycle of next Thursday’s gas day. An update on repair status will be issued no later than Tuesday, the pipeline said.

After a compression problem required it to limit withdrawals at the Jackson Prairie storage facility Wednesday morning (see Daily GPI, Dec. 10), Northwest reported late Wednesday afternoon that all Jackson Prairie compression units were operational again and it had resumed accepting withdrawal nominations there up to its design capacity.
