Northern Natural Gas cited forecasts of colder temperatures in saying a System Overrun Limitation will take effect Wednesday in all market-area zones (ABC, D and E/F).

Dominion rescinded at the start of Tuesday’s gas day two OFOs it had planned to implement at that time for several utility meters in New York state (see Daily GPI, Feb. 17). However, the same OFOs will be implemented for the same meters Thursday, the pipeline said.

Northwest said it will lift Wednesday the Stage III Overrun Entitlement for all Receiving Parties north of Plymouth Compressor Station that was implemented last month. The imbalance tolerance was loosened from 8% to 13% early in February (see Daily GPI, Feb. 5).

Effective Wednesday until further notice Texas Eastern will restrict nominations creating due-pipe imbalances and making up due-shipper imbalances. The restrictions will be enforced regardless of a shipper’s cumulative imbalance, Texas Eastern said.

Transwestern said flows will resume Wednesday at the ANR Red Deer interconnect on its Panhandle Lateral. Transwestern was accepting nominations for the interconnect’s full capacity of 220,000 MMBtu/d Tuesday.

Transco said Tuesday gas being tendered into its system from the UTOS-Transco meter at its interconnect with Enbridge Offshore Pipelines (UTOS) LLC does not meet the merchantability requirement of Transco’s tariff. Until it can verify that adequate quantities of gas received at the meter are being processed, Transco said it will restrict volumes there to 10,000 Dth/d.
