Southern California Gas (SoCalGas) declared a high-linepack OFO for Saturday, saying it will assess Buy-Back charges in accordance with its tariffs to customers who deliver into its system more than 110% of their actual gas usage on the OFO day. SoCalGas also reported that it had restored injection capacity at the Aliso Canyon storage field to the previous 410 MMcf/d Friday morning, but 1.8 Bcf/d of withdrawal capacity will remain unavailable until further notice. Aliso Canyon was shut down last Monday due to wildfires moving through the facility (see Daily GPI, Oct. 14).

Tennessee said Friday it was allowing production on its Bluewater West Leg between the Vermilion 245 platform and its Pecan Island Separation and Dehydration facility to begin flows again after clearing the pipeline’s meter reactivation process. See the bulletin board for a list of affected meters.

Gulf South said compressor maintenance that began Oct. 6 at the Jackson (MS) Compressor Station (see Daily GPI, Oct. 6) has been extended through Thursday of this week.
