In an e-mail message that didn’t get sent until early afternoon Friday, Southern California Gas declared a high-linepack OFO for Saturday, saying it would assess Buy-Back charges in accordance with its tariffs to customers who delivered into its system more than 110% of their actual gas usage on the OFO day.

Rockies Express (REX) reported that an unspecified force majeure event occurred Friday in its booster facility at the WIC Sitting Bull interconnect in Weld County, CO. The repair time was unknown. Transwestern said it shut in the ANR Red interconnect in the Texas Panhandle “due to receiving an oily substance that is incapacitating the meter facility. Steep terrain and rocky soil conditions have slowed ongoing anomaly investigations between the Lava Hot Springs and Pocatello compressor stations, Northwest said, and as a result the project’s completion date will be delayed from July 31 to Aug. 10. Available capacity at Pocatello will remain at 553,000 Dth/d until then.

Texas Eastern said Friday it had experienced an unplanned unit outage at Monroe Compressor Station in northeast Louisiana.
