Southern California Gas declared a high-linepack OFO for Friday, saying it would assess Buy-Back charges to customers who delivered into its system more than 110% of their actual gas usage on the OFO day.

Pacific Gas & Electric extended a systemwide high-inventory OFO on its California Gas Transmission system through at least Friday, but further loosened the tolerance for positive daily imbalances, nearly doubling it from 13% to 25%.

MRT said the measurement and regulating facilities at the interconnect with Ozark Gas Transmission in Lawrence County, AR (previously known as Noark) were severely damaged as a result of a vehicular accident Tuesday night. It was unknown at this time how long it will take to complete repairs to the facility, MRT said, but until that happens it will not accept nominations using Noark as the receipt point.

During integrity management work that must be performed on Lines A-75 and A-150, Columbia Gas said no capacity will be available at the Lebanon Aggregation Points; that is, Master List of Interconnections (MLI) points A4 (Texas Eastern), F2 (ANR), C4 (Texas Eastern) and D3 (TGT). Columbia said it will not be accepting nominations from the Lebanon MLIs starting Monday for about three weeks and again starting Aug. 4 for two weeks.

An oil leak in the #1 turbine at White Rock #1 turbine will require the unit being down until repairs are completed, El Paso said in declaring a force majeure event. The impact was a reduction of 208 MMcf/d in total San Juan Basin and San Juan Mainline capacity beginning with Cycle 3 nominations for Thursday’s gas day.

Tennessee said pipe painting and recoating work on the West Cameron 167 platform is complete, but due to an issue with a valve that is being replaced, nominations at the West Cameron 167 meter are not being accepted until further notice.
