Southern California Gas declared a new high-linepack OFO for Saturday, setting the tolerance for positive daily imbalances at 10%.

Tennessee said partial resolution of a mid-March “incident” caused by a third-party pipeline has been completed and it was lifting Friday the force majeure event for 11 meters in the South Marsh Island 249 area offshore Louisiana that had been required to shut in by the incident. However, Tennessee added, it does not expect the third party to fully complete resolution of the issue until around May 15, and until then the South Marsh Island 249 and Vermilion Block 12 meters must remain shut in. The expected date of resolution has been postponed several times, with the latest delay announced in late April (see Daily GPI, April 29).

Gulf South said Thursday afternoon it had suspended scheduled maintenance on Unit #2 at Hall Summit Compressor Station (see Daily GPI, May 5) and will resume it May 20. The resumed work, which is expected to take four days, could reduce capacity through the station by as much as 125,000 Dth/d, Gulf South said.

ANR reported shutting in the Hobart Ranch receipt point Thursday afternoon after determining that objectionable liquids had been injected into its system near the Gageby Creek Compressor Station. “Deliveries in this area have currently not been impacted,” ANR said.

Noting that earlier in the week it had estimated that the Main Pass 107 line offshore Louisiana could be returned to service sometime Sunday after leak repairs were completed (see Daily GPI, May 8), Southern Natural Gas said Friday there will be approximately a two-day delay in the return due to inclement weather in the area.
