Citing low linepack and forecasts of high Florida temperatures in the mid to upper 80s for the next few days, Florida Gas Transmission (FGT) issued an Overage Alert Day for market-area customers Thursday. The tolerance for negative daily imbalances was set at 25%. FGT said it would not interrupt previously scheduled market-area ITS-1 service for Thursday’s gas day below the elapsed prorated scheduled quantity.

Pacific Gas & Electric did not extend a systemwide low-inventory OFO beyond Thursday.

Columbia Gulf will reduce capacity at its delivery point into Florida Gas Transmission near Lafayette, LA, to zero during April 14-18 maintenance.

Southern California Gas said April 14-18 repairs of the #3 compressor at its Honor Ranch storage facility will reduce injection capacity by 50 MMcf/d.

Engine exchanges at the Muddy Creek and Burley compressor stations are proceeding as planned, Northwest said, and it expected to complete the work Thursday. The associated Declared Deficiency Period will end at that point, and Burley and the Muddy Creek North constraint point would be reset to their respective north-flow design capacities of 593,000 Dth/d and 652,000 Dth/d, respectively, for Friday’s gas day. Northwest also noted that it had originally scheduled anomaly investigations between the Green River and Muddy Creek compressor stations for April 15 through June 13. However, recent weather conditions have made the area inaccessible for several weeks, the pipeline said, and thus the work has been rescheduled for May 6 through July 3. During that period available capacity at the Muddy Creek South constraint point will be reduced from 513,000 Dth/d to 353,000 Dth/d for all days excluding Sundays. Each Sunday work will be suspended and Northwest will schedule the point up to the full design capacity of 513,000 Dth/d.
