Southern California Gas declared a high-linepack OFO for Friday, saying it will assess Buy-Back charges in accordance with its tariff to customers who deliver more than 110% of their actual gas usage into the SoCalGas system on the OFO day.

The Sea Robin Processing Plant, owned and operated by Hess Corp., was shut down unexpectedly Wednesday, Sea Robin Pipeline reported. The plant will continue to dehydrate, but the pipeline encouraged shippers to call downstream delivery point operators to see if they will be accepting gas from Sea Robin during this outage.

Southern Star Central will reduce capacity Monday south of Edmond Station from 127,500 Dth/d to 80,000 Dth/d. The reduction is expected to last 45-60 days.

NGPL changed the dates for performing pipeline maintenance and installing additional compression at Sayre Storage Facility (Station 184) in Beckham County, OK (originally scheduled for Sept. 13-15) to Sept. 26-30. Since Sayre will be unavailable during this work, DSS, FSS and NSS storage injections sourced on the Amarillo System are at risk of not getting fully scheduled, depending on the level of nominations, NGPL said. Also, three points will be unavailable during the outage.

CenterPoint said Waskom Gas Processing Co. has scheduled an outage of five to 10 days beginning Oct. 5 at its plant in Waskom, TX. During this time supplies into CenterPoint’s Line F-185 will be shut in. See the bulletin board for a list of affected receipt points. Additionally, receipts at the tailgate of the Waskom Plant will be unavailable, affecting shippers who use the tailgate receipt point, the pipeline said.
