Southern California Gas declared a high-linepack OFO for Saturday, saying it would assess Buy-Back charges in accordance with its tariff to customers who delivered into its system more than 110% of their actual gas usage on the OFO day.

Florida Gas Transmission extended an Overage Alert Day into its fourth day Friday, but tightened the tolerance for negative daily imbalances from 25% to 20%. The pipeline also said it would be performing unscheduled maintenance on one of the two compressor units at the FGT/Transco St. Helena interconnect in South Louisiana Friday through Sunday (June 23-25), during which it would schedule up to about 35,000 MMBtu/d at the interconnect. During normal operations FGT schedules up to 60,000 MMBtu/d there.

NGPL reported that an unplanned outage occurred Wednesday on a unit at Station 346 in Cameron Parish, LA (Segment 24 of Natural’s Louisiana Zone). The estimated completion of repairs was unknown, NGPL said Friday. At that time, the outage was impacting only deliveries to NGPL’s interconnect with Florida Gas Transmission in Vermilion Parish. Shippers at the interconnect were not impacted Friday, but effective with Saturday’s gas day until further notice, NGPL expected to schedule primary firm nominations there to a minimum of 80% of Maximum Daily Quantity. The actual scheduling percentage would depend on the level of nominations, NGPL said. Secondary in-path and secondary out-of-path service will only be available to the extent that primary firm services are not utilized, while ITS/AOR was not available.

Dominion notified shippers at mid-afternoon Friday that it anticipated completing leak repairs on Coronado Pipeline (see Daily GPI, June 23) later that afternoon and deliveries to Columbia Gas at Cassity Mountain would resume then. Affected producers should prepare to turn production and/or compressors back on, Dominion said, but since repairs were not complete as of its posting, they should check with pipeline field personnel before physically resuming flows.
