Southern California Gas declared a high-linepack OFO for Wednesday, saying it will assess “Buy-Back” charges in accordance with its rules and tariffs to customers who deliver more than 110% of their actual gas usage on the OFO day.

Pacific Gas & Electric did not extend a systemwide high-inventory OFO beyond Tuesday.

Questar said its ongoing hydrocarbon dew point (HDP) analysis of Southern System receipt volumes indicates that the level of curtailment can be reduced from 35,000 Dth/d to 15,000 Dth/d. Effective with Tuesday’s Cycle 2 nominations Questar reduce receipt volume cuts between Fidlar Station and Price Station with an HDP above 80 degrees F to a total of 15,000 Dth/d on a pro-rata basis. Based on current operating conditions, the Mesa Tap, Peters Point and Wilkins Ridge points are subject to the reduction, Questar said.

TGT began maintenance Tuesday at the Sharon (LA) Compressor Station that is scheduled to last through May 31 and reduces capacity through the station to 450,000 MMBtu/d. This capacity constraint will affect locations on the Sharon-Carthage segment in North Louisiana as well as the interconnect with Texas Eastern at Sharon, TGT said.

Southern Star Central is allowing Primary service only in Line Segment 490 of its Rawlins-Hesston Line during annual maintenance at St. Francis Station. The work, which limits the line segment to 170 MMcf/d, is scheduled to be completed Friday.
