Tennessee has delayed by one week the installation of a pig launcher and receiver on its 334A-100 Line north of New York City. Sea Robin Pipeline reported being notified by Devon Energy, operator of an onshore Louisiana liquid separation facility, that flows through the facility have been restricted due to receipt of a high volume of liquids. Because of this, offshore producers will experience higher pressures with greater fluctuations until normal facility flows can be restored, Sea Robin said. It added that onshore deliveries also will be experiencing rate fluctuations.

El Paso said Seligman Station’s C turbine must be taken off-line Wednesday and Thursday to replace an exhaust expansion joint. Combined with the ongoing Line 1200 lowering project, the project will reduce North Mainline capacity by a total of 190 MMcf/d from a base capacity of 2,238 MMcf/d, El Paso said. It also will take White Rock Station’s #1 turbine down May 15 to replace gaskets on the exhaust system. Combined with other previously planned outages, this work will reduce the pipeline’s San Juan Basin capacity by a total of 650 MMcf/d.
