Southern Natural Gas reported completing the spring shut-in test of its Muldon (MS) Storage Facility as originally scheduled and that the associated force majeure was canceled at the start of Tuesday’s gas day. Each CSS customer was restored to 100% of its currently effective Daily Injection Quantity and Daily Withdrawal Quantity, Southern said. However, it added that during the test it identified a need to make additional repairs on one of the facility’s three compressors, and the return to service date on this unit is no sooner than late Saturday.

Northwest announced a postponement of its Pocatello District line replacement project. The work, originally scheduled from May 1 through Aug. 2, now is set for June 1 through Aug. 30, the pipeline said. Current nominations through the corridor between the Kemmerer and Pocatello compressor stations are scheduling at design capacity, which exceeds recent historical averages, Northwest added, and thus it is currently revisiting the project options, capacity impacts and project schedule.

After relaxing its daily imbalance tolerance range slightly Sunday to 5% pack and 15% draft, Westcoast returned Tuesday to encouraging drafting of its system with a range of zero pack and 20% draft.
