CenterPoint implemented an Operational Alert Wednesday, saying that based on the weather forecast for its service area and in order for it to maximize storage deliverability for Rate Schedules FT and NNTS customers, CenterPoint will not schedule interruptible receipts from the West 1 and West 2 Pooling Areas, and will only schedule secondary receipts from those pooling areas to the extent that they alleviate capacity constraints or are consistent with firm entitlements. Saying it has received transport requests exceeding available capacity for receipts upstream of Compressor Stations 50 and 60 in Louisiana, Transco said that effective Friday it will limit transportation through Station 50 to 1.9 million Dth/d and through Station 60 to 2 million Dth/d.

Duke Energy is not allowing any due-shipper imbalance paybacks until further notice on its three pipelines — Algonquin, Texas Eastern and East Tennessee Natural Gas. In addition, Texas Eastern is not making any Park and Loan (PAL) service loans, and East Tennessee is issuing three Action Alert OFOs (effective Friday) affecting deliveries to meters on the Johnson City and Kingford Laterals and to unspecified other meters. TransCanada reported being informed of potential interrupted transport service on the Trans Quebec & Maritimes Pipeline (TQM) system due to an estimated six days of repairs scheduled at TQM Station #650 (Lachenaie) starting Monday. TransCanada will issue a force majeure declaration to its firm shippers delivering to GMi EDA and East Hereford that day in the event that firm curtailments will be required during this outage.

While reporting linepack as normal in all four segments Wednesday, Kern River said linepack levels had increased Tuesday and will be reposted as high if it experiences another increase.
