Recently, north flow nominations with receipt points south of Muddy Creek have exceeded 400,000 Dth. Primary north nominations are 254,000 Dth. Should primary nominations exceed available capacity, Northwest will attempt to mitigate the impact by utilizing available line pack and balancing flexibility. If it appears that these efforts are not sufficient, Northwest said it will declare a deficiency period and cut primary nominations.
