A customer-specific OFO was declared for Tuesday by Pacific Gas & Electric, which projected that system linepack would fall below its minimum target level.

East Tennessee Natural Gas is lifting all flow restrictions effective with the start of Tuesday’s gas day.

NGPL said Monday it has managed to mitigate the liquids problem at the North Lansing Storage Facility (Compressor Station 388) in Harrison County, TX (see Daily GPI, Feb. 28). However, the damaged compressor unit is still out of service and is being repaired. NGPL’s revised estimate for the compressor unit to return to service is sometime Tuesday. No curtailment of storage services is required, the pipeline said.

Transwestern said Limited Firm Transportation will not be available on the San Juan Lateral for the gas days of Tuesday this week and again on March 20.

Questar began maintenance Monday at its Skull Creek delivery point to Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline. No nominations at the point are being accepted during the work, which is scheduled to continue through March 30. When the project is complete, Questar will have the flexibility for bidirectional flow at this point and will accept nominations accordingly.

The Goodsprings Compressor Station will be unavailable for up to 48 hours on the March 12-13 gas days for tie-in work related to Expansion 2003, Kern River said. System capacity will be cut to Primary Firm service during the outage.
