Pacific Gas & Electric lifted a systemwide Stage 2 low-inventory OFO after a one-day run Wednesday.

ConocoPhillips on Friday was warning its shareholders to steer clear of an unsolicited “mini-tender offer” by TRC Capital Corp. to purchase up to 1.5 million shares, or approximately 0.09%, of ConocoPhillips’ outstanding common stock.

Citing cold weather conditions, MRT said it is issuing a System Protection Warning (SPW) effective with the start of Tuesday’s gas day. MRT will not schedule volumes that result in a daily short imbalance position. “If actual deliveries exceed scheduled volumes, shippers may be required to add supply intraday or reduce their takes from MRT,” the pipeline said.

Citing forecasts of cold weather, MRT said it will implement a System Protection Warning (SPW) effective Friday until further notice. See the bulletin board for SPW conditions. The new SPW will take effect only a day after a previous one was lifted (see Daily GPI, Feb. 14).

MRT said it was lifting Saturday the System Protection Warning that had been implemented two days earlier.

MRT cited forecasts of warm weather in announcing Friday that a System Protection Warning (SPW) would be in effect Sunday and Monday. See the bulletin board for its conditions. MRT lifted Friday a previous SPW that had been issued due to cold weather in its service area.
