MRT said it was lifting Saturday the System Protection Warning that had been implemented two days earlier.

ANR ended Friday the restrictions that had taken effect Wednesday.

Maritimes & Northeast U.S. (M&N) said an unplanned loss of production from Sable Offshore Energy Project (SOEP) near Nova Scotia during Thursday’s gas day was continuing into Friday and thus it was implementing certain restrictions. Shippers sourcing supply from SOEP were impacted for Friday’s gas day, M&N said. “As previously posted, shippers must continue to schedule receipts commensurate with expected deliveries; meter operators are required to flow at scheduled volumes, and imbalance gas will not be allowed to be taken off M&N’s system.” Due-shipper imbalance paybacks and creation of due-pipe imbalances are not allowed, M&N said, adding that if necessary, it may take action, including the issuance of OFOs, to minimize imbalance problems.

Saying it has limited operational flexibility due to Clay Basin withdrawal limitations (see Daily GPI, Feb. 1), Northwest told shippers Friday it “will not tolerate any shortfalls from receipt points south of Kemmerer [Compressor Station].” If necessary, Northwest added, it will cut nominations in all cycles to match any underdeliveries by upstream interconnects.

Citing the weather forecast and projected demand, Southern Natural Gas said it would cancel a capacity allocation Saturday for the East of Wrens Group, but would keep allocations in place until further notice for the Savannah Line and Cypress Line groups. The pipeline, which as of Thursday had anticipated extending a systemwide OFO Type 6 for short imbalances through Saturday, said Friday it had become “too close to call” on whether the OFO would still be in place Saturday.

Rockies Express (REX) said effective Friday until further notice, it is at capacity for delivered volumes at the interconnect with Northern Natural Gas in Gage County, NE. Based on the current level of nominations, AOR/IT, secondary in-path and secondary out-of-path quantities are at risk on not being scheduled, REX said.
