Pacific Gas & Electric extended Thursday’s customer-specific Stage 3 high-inventory OFO through Friday, but as of early Friday afternoon had not posted any OFOs for Saturday. Redwood Path capacity was raised from 1,757 MMcf/d to 2,020 MMcf/d Friday after the Tionesta Compressor Station was returned to service, PG&E said. It expected to finish semiannual maintenance and repairs at the Gerber Compressor Station by Saturday (Nov. 20), allowing restoration of full capacity on the Redwood Path for that gas day.

Redwood Path Capacity will remain limited to 1,757 MMcf/d until further notice due to unscheduled outages at the Tionesta and Gerber Compressor Stations, PG&E said Thursday. Baja Path constraints have not changed and this path is open to incremental nominations, it added.

Penalties of $5/Dth will be applied to shippers exceeding a 1% tolerance for positive daily imbalances. Southern California Gas also kept a high-linepack OFO declared for Wednesday in effect through Thursday.
